BOSTON — Three men and the woman suspected of killing them are dead in a what police believe was a murder-suicide in Lynn.
Lynn police responded to a report of shots fired at 98 Rockaway St. in Lynn at about 2:53 p.m. Tuesday and found two men, one 66 years old and the other 34, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
The initial investigation indicates that a 31-year-old woman was the potential suspect, according to the Essex district attorney’s office. Her body was found about an hour and a half later, at around 4:27 p.m., in her vehicle parked in the Stop & Shop parking lot at 35 Washington St. Investigators say that it appears she had shot herself.
Another man was found dead at a later, undisclosed time inside a vehicle outside of 44 Laighton St.
All of them were related to one another, according to the DA’s office, but their specific relationships have not been disclosed pending complete notification of next of kin.
