3 killed, 14 injured in terror attack in Turkey

Ankara (Turkey): At least three people were killed and fourteen injured after a bomb went off outside the headquarters of Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) near Ankara, Turkey.

Turkey's interior minister Ali Yerlikaya called it a "terrorist attack".

The explosion was followed by gunfire at the TUSAS facility. Security footage broadcast by local media revealed a group of attackers, including a woman, arriving at the complex. 
A private TV channel reported that personnel inside the complex may have been taken hostages.

Security forces, ambulances, and firefighters, were sent to the spot. 

Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) is Turkey's leading aerospace and defense company.

Erdogan in Russia

The attack occurred at a time when Turkish President Recep Tayyp Erdogan is Russian city of Kazan for the BRICS summit. (with Agency Inputs)
