247Sports gives a report on Ohio State WR Noah Rogers performance at Under Armor All-American Bowl

The Under Armor All-American Bowl was played Tuesday, and there wasn’t as much scoring as you would expect from a high school all-star game. The teams combined for 21 points, with one of the touchdowns coming from a pick-six.

That meant that Ohio State signee Noah Rogers didn’t get many opportunities to shine, but 247Sports was on hand for the whole week. With so many impressive players, not everyone gets time during the game but an impression can still be made during practice.

Rogers did exactly that. Andrew Ivins reported he “has some of the tools needed to eventually emerge as a go-to option for quarterbacks on Saturdays.”

He is part of another impressive wide receiver recruiting haul for head coach Ryan Day and wide receiver coach Brian Hartline, which includes Brandon Inniss, Carnell Tate and bryson rodgers.

If the report is correct, we should see Rogers performing at a high level for the Buckeyes sooner rather than later even if he didn’t shine during the game.
