Police are searching for these men and women for a series of alleged crimes.
Merseyside Police is asking for the public to come forward if they have any information or know the whereabouts of the people listed below. Each individual has been subject to police appeals for information from the start of 2023.
From breaching the terms of their licence to drugs offences these are the 24 men and woman police want to find.

Steven Walsh
Walsh, 35, is wanted after breaching the terms of his licence. He is also wanted in connection to an assault that occurred in Liverpool city centre in March this year. He is described as 5ft 6in tall, with a broad build and blue eyes. Walsh has links to Anfield, Norris Green and Huyton.
Girushothman Thangathurai
Thangathurai is wanted on a warrant issued at Liverpool Crown Court on 17 February 2023. He is wanted in connection to an assault in June 2022. He is described as 5ft 5in tall, with a broad build, brown eyes, and dark hair.
Gavin Charters
Charters has breached his licence conditions following his release from prison after serving a sentence for assisting illegal immigration. He is described as 6ft tall, with a broad build, hazel eyes. Charters an Irish accent, and has links to Liverpool, Clacton-on-Sea, and Northern Ireland.
David Kellaher
Kellaher has breached his licence conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence. He is described as 6ft tall, medium build, with short dark hair, brown eyes, and has links to the Netherton area.
Michael Seddon
Seddon, 34, is wanted after he breached his licence conditions and is described as 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and short brown hair. He also has a scar to the left of his mouth and a scar on his right elbow and has links to Sefton, Liverpool, Bournemouth, and Dorset.
Stephen Tierney
Tierney, 34, is wanted on a prison recall after he breached his licence conditions. He is white, 5ft 9in tall, of proportionate build, with blue eyes and brown hair. He speaks with a Liverpool accent and has tattoos on his right arm and has links to Old Swan, West Derby, and Huyton.
Loris Negji
Negji, 22, from Liverpool is wanted on a prison recall after breaching his licence conditions. Negji has short black hair and brown eyes. He is of slim build.
Hayden Lee Rennie
Rennie, 23, breached his licence conditions. Rennie was released from prison on licence in 2021 after serving part of a sentence for robbery. Rennie is white, 5ft 5in tall, of proportionate build with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He has links to St Helens and Prestatyn in North Wales.
Mark Masher
Detectives want to speak to Masher, as he may have information in connection with a domestic incident in Old Swan last year. Masher, 34, is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of heavy build, with blue eyes, receding dark brown hair, and a beard. He has links to Garston.
Andrew Armstrong
Armstrong, 37, failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court in relation to a cannabis farm found in Birkdale, Southport in 2017. He has been circulated before but we still need any information to track him down. He is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair, green eyes, and has connections to Bootle and Southport in Sefton. Armstrong also has links to the Fife area of Scotland.
Oliver Kennedy
Kennedy, aged 41, has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a driving offence. He is described as 5ft 10inch tall, slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes, and has links to Anfield, Liverpool city centre, Everton, Fairfield, Kensington, Tuebrook, Kirkdale, and Walton.
Matthew Lemoine
34-year-old Lemoine from Liverpool is wanted on two separate no-bail warrants issued by the court. Lemoine failed to attend court in November 2022 and January 2023 in relation to theft and drug offences. He is also wanted on a recall to prison. He is described as white, 5ft 8inch tall, of medium build with brown hair and blue eyes. Enquiries are ongoing to locate Lemoine who has links to Anfield, Kirkdale, Walton, Bootle, and Wirral.
Keith Rogers
Rogers, 36, is wanted on two separate no-bail warrants issued by the court and failed to attend court in November 2022 for breach of a court order and in relation to an assault in Liverpool.
He is described as white, 6ft tall, of medium build with brown eyes. Enquiries are ongoing to locate Rogers who has links to Clubmoor, Croxteth, Gillmoss, Anfield, Everton, Kirkdale, Vauxhall, and Norris Green.
Patryk Ryba
Ryba, 24 years, has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for drug offences., He is also wanted for failing to appear in court for a suspected assault and being in possession of an offensive weapon.
Patryk is also known to use the alias, Tomasz Wisniewski, so members of the public may know him under this name and is described as 5ft 6in tall, medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has previously lived in Kirkdale and Kirkby. He also has links to Leicester and London.
Juli Molla
Molla, 22 years, has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for drug offences. He is described as 5ft 7in tall, medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo of the word ‘family’ on his left hand and has links to Tuebrook and Middleton.
John Whinnett
Whinnett, 30, is wanted in connection to a breach of a court order in July 2020, a suspected arson in October 2020, and a suspected burglary on September 2021. He is described as 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has links to Old Swan, Clubmoor, Stoneycroft, and Tuebrook.
Steven Shannon
Shannon, 28, is wanted in connection to the seizure of a firearm from a property in Huyton in January last year. He is described as 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes.
Paul Wilson
Wilson, 49, has failed to return to HMP Kirkham after being granted a temporary licence from prison. He is described as white, 6ft tall, of medium build with green eyes. Enquiries are ongoing to locate Wilson and return him to prison.
Janine Clough
Clough, 44 years, has breached her licence conditions following her release after serving a sentence. She is described as 5ft 6in tall, medium build and has blue eyes. Clough has links to Liverpool city centre, Kensington, Walton, and Kirkby.
Jassim Roudan-Lazim
Roudan-Lazim, 34 years, has failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court for cultivating cannabis and was last known to have lived in Mossley Hill and then moved to an address in Shrewsbury.
He is described as 5ft 7in tall, medium build, with brown eyes, and receding black hair. He has a Southern accent and was born in Burton-upon-Trent. Roudan-Lazim is believed to have links with Liverpool, Brighton, Shrewsbury, and London.
Jack Norton
Norton, 26, is wanted on recall to prison. He is described as white, 6ft 2in tall, with long light brown hair, slim build with blue eyes and police believe that Norton could be in Glasgow.
Dylan King
Detectives think King may have information in relation to a burglary and criminal damage incident last July in Litherland. King is described as white, 32, 5ft 3in tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has links to Lancashire and Manchester.
Michaela Melia
Melia, 32 years, has breached her licence conditions following her release after serving a sentence for burglary. She is described as 5ft 2in tall, medium build, with long brown hair and brown eyes. Melia has links to Liverpool city centre, Walton and Norris Green.
Rory McCormick
McCormick, 31 years, from Formby, has failed to appear at Liverpool Crown and is also known to use the alias, Rorian Tootle, so members of the public may know him under that name. He is described as 6ft tall, slim build, fair hair, and brown eyes.
