Elora Dana stepped onto the biggest stage of her career to date and delivered at 2025 PFL World Tournament 2.
In a preliminary card bout in the women’s flyweight tournament Friday in Orlando, Fla., Dana (8-0) made quick work of former Bellator standout Diana Avsaragova (6-2), as she submitted the Russian fighter with a neck crank at 4:48 of Round 1.
Dana advances to the semifinal round of her divisional tournament and will face off with one of the other combatants competing on Friday’s card.
The win in Dana’s PFL debut maintains her perfect professional recod. Prior to signing with the promotion, Dana won Jungle Fight and Mega Fight Champions championship gold on the Brazilian regional scene.
Finished for the first time in her pro career, Avsaragova has now lost back-to-back fights after a 6-0 start. Friday’s fight was her first competition since August 2023 when she lost a unanimous decision to Justine Kish.
