The PGA Tour's month-long Florida Swing ends on one of the Tour's better courses, the Copperhead at Innisbrook Resort.
The Valspar Championship falls immediately after the Players Championship but still attracts a solid field, with 10 of the top 30 in the Official World Golf Ranking scheduled to compete. Tom Kim and Patrick Cantlay were on the original entry list but have since withdrawn.
Xander Schauffele and Brian Harman are top-10 players competing. Jordan Spieth, the 2015 champ, is also back at Valspar after finishing two shots behind winner Taylor Moore with one of his all-over-the-map rounds.
The Copperhead course isn't the typical Florida course with flat terrain and tons of water, instead it plays through the woods with some undulation. Sam Burns won back-to-back titles in 2021 and 2022 at 17 under (2022 won in a playoff), but winning scores have been far higher over the years.
