Georgia’s 2024 recruiting class already ranked No. 1 in the nation heading into Friday, according to 247Sports recruiting rankings.
That class became even better when it picked up a commitment from four-star athlete Demello Jones, an in-state player who took snaps at wide receiver, quarterback and cornerback in 2022.
Out of Swainsboro High School in Swainsboro, Georgia, Jones becomes Georgia’s 10th commitment in the 2024 class.
At 6-foot-1, 176 pounds, Jones ranks as the nation’s No. 194 overall player, No. 18 athlete and the No. 28 player in the state of Georgia.
