By the time you read this, a lot of the names on this list will have been signed to their NFL teams, and will be valued despite their undrafted status. Because NFL teams know that just as talent is expected to come out of the first round, it can just as easily come from those prospects who did not hear their names called until they picked up the phone after the seventh round.
