From the moment they secured the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft, thanks to a last-second comeback win by the Houston Texans in Week 18, the Chicago Bears have been expected to eventually trade that selection to the highest bidder.
The Bears already have their franchise quarterback in Justin Fields, and could use additional draft capital to build a better supporting cast around him.
