The day has arrived. After years of hype, the league will soon learn where French phenomenon Victor Wembanyama will start his NBA career.
The 2023 NBA draft lottery will unfold on Tuesday night before Game 1 of the 2023 Western Conference finals between the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers.
The Oklahoma City Thunder, who finished a win shy of the playoffs, enter the lottery with the 12th-best odds. In all likelihood, the Thunder will stay at No. 12. But if OKC isn’t announced by No. 12, it will mean the Thunder jumped into the top four.
The three teams tied for the best lottery odds (14%) for the No. 1 pick are the Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs.
