The ACC tournament is always a fan-favorite each year but it’ll carry added significance in 2022 as the final conference tournament of Coach Mike Krzyzewski’s career.
The legendary Duke coach announced his retirement before the season began and will surely want to win the tournament he’s dominated over the course of his career one last time.
It will have a different look than we’re accustomed to seeing, however, as the conference overall is in a down year. Duke is the only nationally ranked team in the ACC and their rivals in North Carolina may not even be among the favorites to dethrone them when things tip off from Barclays Center on March 8.
