
Two teenagers have been charged over an alleged home invasion and stabbing in Marrickville in Sydney’s inner west.
Emergency services were called to a property on Frazer Street just before 5pm on Wednesday following reports of an aggravated break and enter.
NSW Police said a group of about eight individuals, all wearing face coverings, allegedly forced their way into the home and assaulted a 16-year-old boy inside.
The teen suffered multiple stab wounds and was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital.

The group had fled the scene before officers from the Inner West Police Area Command arrived. Two 15-year-old boys were later arrested nearby and taken to Newtown Police Station.
One boy was charged with affray, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse, armed with intent commit indictable offence, custody of knife in public place and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
The other was charged with affray, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.
Both were granted conditional bail.
They are set to appear before a children’s court on Monday, 12 May 2025.
Police investigations into the incident and the six other alleged offenders are ongoing.
