Plans for a 180 home development in St Helens have been approved.
The development, from Taylor Wimpey, will include a range of two, three, and four bedroom homes just off Elton Head Road, in Sutton. The plans also include the creation of new open spaces, and two new bus stops.
Construction on the site, named Sherdley Green by the developers, has already begun and potential buyers can speak to the sales team about the first homes that will be available.

A description of the site on Taylor Wimpey's site reads: "In the countryside, but just a 10 minute drive from St Helens town centre, Sherdley Green offers the best of both worlds. A wide variety of local amenities, including restaurants and shops are within walking distance, whilst excellent travel links are perfect for commuters with the nearby M62 and Lea Green train station."
