16 things ECHO readers say every tourist needs to eat, drink and see in Liverpool

Living in such a famous city, renowned for its history, music and architecture it's hard to not bump into a tourist or three.

While the majority of visitors to the city tend to head straight for the waterfront or spend their time looking up at our beautiful buildings, the city does have much more to offer.

Its restaurants, music venues and independents located off the beaten track all help make the city what it is too.

So, with the festive season approaching we're guessing now is the time many will have families visiting, so we asked our readers what food and drink tourists need to try as well as sights to see during their time here in Liverpool.
