St Patrick's Day has finally arrived, with an array of celebrations taking place across Liverpool today.
The celebrations started with a lively parade which started at the Old Irish Centre on Mount Pleasant before making its way to Slater Street, where it finished at Fitzgerald's Irish Bar. The parade featured live music from performers including The Fianna Phadraig Pipe Band.
This was the city's seventh St Patrick's Day parade. The event became popular back in 2015 when Declan Doolin turned the parade into an annual celebration.
