15 colleges with multiple players on the Broncos’ 2024 roster

It’s been well-documented this offseason that the Denver Broncos have three safeties who played together with the Texas Longhorns: Caden Sterns, Brandon Jones and P.J. Locke.

That trio of defensive backs also overlapped with Broncos wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey and defensive lineman Malcolm Roach at UT. Texas represents one of 15 colleges that have multiple players on Denver’s 90-man offseason roster going into training camp.

Oklahoma and Utah are the most-represented college programs on the team, both with six players on the Broncos’ roster.

The Sooners are represented by pass rusher Nik Bonitto, receiver Marvin Mims, running back Samaje Perine, edge defender Ronnie Perkins, guard Ben Powers and Delarrin Turner-Yell in Denver.

The Utes have sent linebacker Cody Barton, offensive tackle Garett Bolles, receiver Tim Patrick, pass rusher Jonah Elliss, receiver Devaughn Vele and tight end Thomas Yassmin to the Broncos.

Texas is represented by five players, Oregon has four players and Notre Dame and Ohio State are tied with three players in Denver. View the full list of colleges with multiple players on the Broncos’ roster below.
