John Armor
It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of John Armor. John passed at the age of 84 on Monday 9th January 2023 at Prospect House Care Home Rainhill. The family are deeply saddened and bereft by his death. John is survived and missed by his loving wife Margaret (née Cowen) and his children Jeff and Janette. Forever cherished and remembered by his grandchildren Michael, Harriet, Alex and Ellie. His memory will be held in great admiration by siblings George, Ruth and Marion and their families, and his son and daughter in law Kevin and Val. John was born in Liverpool and grew up in the Kensington area. Later John moved to Rainhill with Margaret to start a family of his own. Some of his greatest joy came from his children. They created many memories together enjoying family camping holiday's and providing a wonderful childhood for Jeff and Janette full of the fondest memories. John took an active role in the lives of his grandchildren. Teaching them many games and how to enjoy life to its fullest. John was a loving husband and amazing father. John was well love by everyone. He possessed an amazing sense of humour and armed with a mischievous attitude; a laugh was never far away. He always made time to help others. His legacy will carry on forever reminding us to live life to its fullest, with love in our hearts and laughter in our days.
