Police have previously arrested and charged an 18-year-old Page man and 24-year-old Gary Taylor from New South Wales with murder.

Reatile Ncube, 19, was charged with accessory to murder and Nicole Williams, 38, was charged with accessory after the fact.

The 13-year-old made a brief appearance in the ACT Children's Court this morning.
