You may have Amazon's Prime Video, whether you have it automatically with your Prime account or you sought it out regardless, but have you unlocked the Prime Video Channels? Find out more about the sheer variety of channels at your disposal below...
While most may only be familiar with Prime Video's flagship shows - The Rings of Power, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, The Boys etc - the platform is rife with third-party content too. With over 100 Prime Video Channels (though it varies by region) this can almost be an overwhelming amount of channels to narrow down, so we've put together the ultimate list of best bang for your buck. With these 14 channels we've highlighted, you can look for your desired content whether that be sports, horror, LGBTQ+, kids' documentaries and many more. Be aware of variations in cost and free trial according to region.
So, save yourself time instead of endless scrolling due to lack of content and add some of these channels to spice up your selection. It goes without saying - but we'll say it anyway - that you do initially need an Amazon prime account to begin building your channel collection. You can sign up to Prime here if you aren't already a member. You can also continue browsing the Prime Video Channels tab to find other content.

3. Starz / Lionsgate Plus
Confusingly, this streaming channel has different names in the US and UK, but the offerings are the same. Starz, as it is known in the US recently got a rebrand from StarzPlay to Lionsgate Plus in the UK... for some reason.
This streaming service offers Lionsgate's content, with TV shows like The Great and Outlander both of which are popular historical dramas.
Like most other premium channels, there's a ton of original content that's worth checking out. You could spend the better part of the free week-long trial just doing that if you want, but if you decide to stick around it'll cost you $8.99 / £5.99 per month.
