1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has warned fans "do not come for me" as she tucked into some snacks during her stay at a food rehab centre.
The 36-year-old reality star took to TikTok on Monday to share her review of some tasty treats, but urged people to "be nice in the comments" after receiving some criticism over her food choice.
Tammy has made amazing progress during her stay at the rehab centre and has previously been described as an "inspiration" by her fans.
In her latest video, she urged: "Don't y'all, please, do not come for me in the videos. Like, I only ate two bites of everything, if that."
Tammy was joined by her husband Caleb Willingham who said they hadn't even opened all of the snacks.
Tammy added: "Exactly, half of these bags weren't even opened.
"I'm asking y'all not to come for me. The skinniest person can eat a whole frickin' bag of those and nobody says nothing, but when a big person does it's, 'You don't need that!'
"I'm just like, guys be nice in the comments. Not just to us, but to everybody okay? I mean, the skinniest person can be suicidal just as much as the biggest."
Finishing the video, Tammy said he loved her fans and added: "Ya'll have a blessed day and be nice."
The TV personality was inundated with support in the comments, with one fan writing: "Tammy you’re killing it, you don’t owe anyone a explanation. Love watching your journey."
Another added: "You've lost so much weight, but grown so much. I'm so damn proud of you!"
"You do you Tammy don’t worry about what these people have to say! You look great," penned a third while someone else agreed: "So true don't worry about other people love you doing a great you look wonderful."
One follower commented: "The last thing you need to be doing is defending your actions. We see you, and you are doing amazing things. Love respects and snacks!"
Tammy recently broke down in tears as she spoke about her addiction to food and alcohol.
She admitted she was "super depressed" because of her struggles, having previously been rushed to hospital after she stopped breathing.
Speaking on 1000-lb Sisters, Tammy said: "It was a hard time for me, a lot of mental health is letting go, I don’t want to go through that all again."
