Tammy Slaton looked thrilled as she walked unaided in a new video uploaded by her doctor.
The 1000-Lb Sisters star showed off her dramatic weight loss in the clip as she was seen walking without needing to be attached to an oxygen tank.
Her doctor, Dr Eric Smith, looked amazed when he saw Tammy walking towards him without any aids and uploaded the clip to his social media account alongside the caption: "The best birthday surprise."
Tammy later re-shared it to her own Instagram Stories to share the feel-good footage with her followers.
The TLC star has lost over 300 pounds since beginning her weight loss journey and was seen in the clip wearing a grey cardigan over the top of a floral patterned dress and black leggings.
The doctor could be heard excitedly telling the star: "Look at you!" before praising her by saying: "That's awesome."
It was clearly a proud moment for Tammy who gushed she no longer required an oxygen tank to walk about and confessed she hadn't needed it for around two weeks.
The latest video comes weeks after Tammy showed off her slimmer face on social media. In the upload the tube for oxygen had been removed.
Previously, it could be seen under the reality star's nose, but she is looking healthier than ever and fans have been quick to praise her new appearance.
One user wrote on the post: "You are looking so healthy lately," followed by a row of clapping hand emojis.
Another gushed: "The woman in the picture is NOT the same woman we saw on TV a few months ago. Simply put….. you’ve done an amazing job!!!!!!!!"
And a third added: "You're off oxygen!!!! Wooohooo!! Way to go, Tammy! You look great!"
Earlier in the month Tammy revealed she was "thankful to be alive" after her whopping 300lb weight loss.
Tammy had previously spent time at a food rehabilitation centre to try and shed the pounds, but was rushed to hospital when she stopped breathing at the facility.
She was put on a ventilator and placed in a medically induced coma.
Luckily, despite her body "shutting down", she was eventually well enough to return to rehab and continue with her weight loss.
And now she admits: "I'm feeling great! I'm thankful to be alive.
"And it's fun to be progressing as much as I am," Tammy told People.
