1000-lb Sisters' Tammy Slaton asks fans to 'excuse' the way she looks after weight loss

Tammy Slaton begged fans to "excuse" the way she looks as she showed off her incredible 12 stone weight loss.

The 36-year-old star of 1000-lb Sisters has been keeping her social media followers updated on her weight loss journey and regularly shares snippets of her life after leaving a food rehabilitation centre.

In her latest TikTok video, Tammy went for a very casual look as she flaunted her new slimmed-down figure.

In the clip, she wore a blue vest top and tied her curly red hair back in a ponytail. Tammy also wore a gold necklace and matching bracelets.

The TLC reality star reviewed her favourite freeze dried treats in the video, but became concerned about the way she looked.

"These are my favourite, caramel peanuts, caramel peanuts? Caramel M&Ms," Tammy said before adding: "And excuse the way I look."

She then put the M&Ms to one side, saying: "My favourite, I already know what they taste like."

Tammy has previously shared reviews of some of her favourite treats and was forced to warn fans "do not come for me" after receiving some criticism over her food choice.

In the clip, she urged: "Don't y'all, please, do not come for me in the videos. Like, I only ate two bites of everything, if that."

Tammy was joined by her husband Caleb Willingham who said they hadn't even opened all of the snacks.

Tammy added: "Exactly, half of these bags weren't even opened.

"I'm asking y'all not to come for me. The skinniest person can eat a whole frickin' bag of those and nobody says nothing, but when a big person does it's, 'You don't need that!'

"I'm just like, guys be nice in the comments."

Tammy recently achieved her weight loss goal and underwent life-changing weight loss surgery.

In an episode of 1000-lb Sisters, she explained that she was only able to reach her goals with the support of her loving family.

"I really do appreciate everybody coming. I needed them. I needed to know that they love me no matter what," she said before breaking down in tears.

She added: "I needed to know that they're here for me. They love me. That's one of the biggest things to help push me through to get to where I am now."
