Tammy and Amy Slaton took to Instagram to show off their new look - and strange doll collection.
The 1000-Lb Sisters stars went live on the social media platform to talk to their fans but instead decided to show off a number of dolls they own.
They then introduced one of their pals to the stream to share their own Amish doll items.
As the trio talked about their creepy dolls, Tammy, 36, revealed the "age" of the items while "nursing" it.
But it was the pair's own appearance that struck a chord with viewers of the video.
Tammy's bright orange hair was messy on the video and she wore her usual rectangle glasses. She opted for a blue top for the filming.
Sister Amy, 35, meanwhile showed off her purple hair and matching nail varnish while wearing a black shirt with a sunflower design.
And after Tammy uploaded the stream to her page, fans quickly took to the comments section to praise the pair's look.
One user wrote: "YOU AMAZING TAMMY IM SO PROUD AND SO HAPPY FOR YOU AND AMY."
Another said: "hi from Vermont. You both are looking great keep up the good work."
And a third added: ""Lookin good ladies!! Fellow haunted doll collector here myself."
The siblings first rose to fame on the hit TLC series and fans have followed their weight loss journey ever since.
Recently Tammy impressed her fans as she walked unaided in the doctor's surgery.
Her doctor, Dr Eric Smith, looked amazed in the clip when he witnessed Tammy walking towards him without any aids.
He was so impressed that he took to Instagram to upload the clip alongside the caption: "The best birthday surprise."
Tammy later re-shared it to her own Instagram Stories to share the feel-good footage with her followers.
However, just weeks later, fans spotted Amy back in her wheelchair in a further upload from a holiday.
In the pictures, Tammy looked beautiful as she wore a frilly red dress while watching the sunset.
While many fans complimented Tammy for the stunning snaps, others expressed their concern for the star, asking her why she was back in the chair after her impressive weight loss.
