1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has been spotted indulging in a chocolate Starbucks drink, just three months after leaving a food rehabilitation facility.
The 36-year-old was recently branded "unrecognisable" by fans after managing to lose an incredible 300lb (21.4 stone), but a source has claimed she is "back to her old ways".
Tammy is reportedly smoking and eating fast food now she's left the weight loss clinic.
The TLC reality star was pictured treating herself to the sugary chocolate drink, which was topped with whipped cream, during a trip to Indiana with her brother Chris Combs.
The siblings stopped off at a Starbucks drive-thru to order the drink before going to pick up some groceries.
In the snaps, which were obtained by The Sun, Tammy wore a long grey jumper, which she paired with black trousers.
A source told the publication Tammy has been slipping back into her old habits following her reported split from husband Caleb Willingham.
"Tammy is back to her old ways. She isn't paying attention to her diet, she is vaping, eating McDonald's regularly, and generally is not taking care of herself.
"There doesn't seem to be a lot of support from family, because they don't appear to be particularly strict with themselves, let alone each other," they said.
Despite this, Tammy showed just how far she has actually come as she walked unaided while shopping.
The reality star had been relying on the help of a walker and a wheelchair to get around and needed to use an oxygen tank for years before she completely transformed her life.
And it's not the first time she's been able to step out on her own.
Taking to Instagram last week, her sister Amy Slaton shared a series of snaps as they enjoyed a girls night out with friends.
Tammy was pictured standing alongside her pals and smiling for the pictures as she posed in a black jumper with a skeleton pattern and plain black tracksuit bottoms.
Fans couldn't get enough of the 36-year-old and congratulated her for making so much progress.
"Seeing Tammy stand on her own is so heartwarming. Proud of y'all’s progress," one gushed.
Another said: "Way to go Tammy !! No oxygen and walking on her own!!" while a third fan commented: "So happy to see Tammy moving around freely!"
