1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton is allegedly "slipping back into old bad habits" after she "split" from her husband.
Just days after her followers dubbed her as "unrecognisable", it has been revealed that Tammy, 36, is eating fast food and smoking following her food rehab stint.
The reality TV star, 36, rose to fame alongside her sister Amy Slaton, 35, on the TLC show - which has documented their attempts to lose weight since it debuted back in 2020.
Tammy struggled with her weight loss but recently shed a significant amount of weight following a scary medical incident.
But now the US Sun report that Tammy is living dangerously again, with her going on fast-food runs, smoking and ignoring her diet.
A source told the publication that the TV star is "back to her old ways" with them explaining how she "isn't paying attention to her diet, she is vaping, eating McDonald's regularly, and generally is not taking care of herself."
Not only this, but the source notes a lack of support from her family and a failure of them being "strict" with themselves and each other.
Tammy lost a whopping 183lb (13.1 stone) after attending a food rehabilitation facility, with the TV star then undergoing weight loss surgery, with the US Sun reporting that she's lost a total of 300lbs (21.4 stone).
Last month Tammy shared a set of two selfies, with the TLC star looking happy, healthy and more slender than ever before.
"Looking so beautiful and most importantly, HEALTHY Tammy," penned one fan in the comments section of the snaps.
Another added: "Looking good Tammy. Keep up the great work!"
"I didn't even recognise you. Keep on going. You look fantastic," added a third.
This comes as reports swirl that Tammy and Caleb Willingham have called quits on their short marriage, with an insider telling the US Sun that Tammy is already in the process of filing for divorce from Caleb.
The duo got hitched while in an Ohio-based rehab facility just last year in November 2022.
