Amy Slaton has been accused of using filters on her pictures to "paint a false illusion of her weight loss".
The 1000-lb Sisters star, 35, looked unrecognisable over the weekend as she showed off her dramatic weight loss while pouting for the camera.
Amy used a gothic makeup filter to achieve her dramatic new look, complete with dark lips and heavy eyeshadow.
The mother-of-two showed off her slimmed down frame as she posed for the picture, having lost a reported 125lb (8.9 stone).
However, not all fans are convinced the star has lost quite so much weight and said they think her slimmer physique is due to "angles and filters".
Taking to a Reddit fan page, one person wrote: "Mirror article reckons Amy has lost 8 stone. New but filtered pics. Anyone seen her IRL recently?
"I don't know of this is just good angles or drastic weight loss."
Fans were divided in the comments as some said she has gone "a little too far with the filters".
One person wrote: "I think this is just angles and filters; they both have perfected drone angles (remember what Tammy was doing in season two in the hotel after the big argument on vacation where she had the phone up in the air practically behind her? They both do that)."
Another fan commented: "She's definitely a pretty woman and her weight loss journey has been interesting to watch when she has come so far.
"I wish she would embrace her natural beauty instead of using these filters her and Tammy sometimes they go a little too far with the filters!!"
"I don't have a problem with the filters necessarily but it’s painting a false illusion of her weight loss," a third person said.
They added: "That then causes people to wonder why they can’t lose 51kg in the space of 4 months or whatever - and gives the 'glow up' mentality a push because you can't go from looking like Amy on tv to Amy on TikTok."
However, other fans jumped to Amy's defence. One person wrote: "You can still tell she’s lost weight even with the filter."
Another insisted: "I'm so damm proud of her!!!"
A third fan showed they didn't care about Amy using filters, writing: "Okay but she is serving in the picture on the right." Another agreed: "Ikr. Filter or not, my girl ate that picture up."
At the start of the first series of 1000-lb Sisters, Amy weighed in at a staggering 406lb (29 stone).
By the end of season three Amy weighed 275lb (19.6 stone), with the star not revealing her weight since giving birth to her second child.
