1000-lb Best Friends star Tina Arnold has been praised by fans for her inspirational body confidence message as she stripped naked with her pals at the pool.
In an upcoming episode of the TLC reality show, Tina stepped out in a patterned bikini as she joins her shocked co-stars Meghan Crumpler, Vannessa Cross and Ashley Sutton.
Despite her friends questioning if she's "spiralling", Tina said she needs to start putting herself first and that she's "done with the fear".
"I need to take better care of myself. I just need to shed my skin and I can't do that, so the next best thing is to take off my clothes," she said in a confessional.
In a clip shared on Instagram, Vannessa asked her friend what she's doing, with Tina replying: "I always put f***ing everybody first and so I put me on the backburner and I can't ever just be f***ing free.
"I'm going to be free tonight. I am done with the fear, I'm done with it. I'm putting me first."
Tina's friends cheered for her before Ashley asked what was next on her weight loss journey.
"What's next? Surgery, surgery is next," Tina exclaimed.
She added: "I'm done with the fear. It's what I need to move forward."
While in the pool, Tina removed her bikini and teased her friends: "Y'all either stand here and watch me, or you can get in the pool with me."
Accepting the challenge, Vannessa raced to take her clothes off, saying: "Damn Tina, I'm usually the one who gets butt naked."
Ashley also took her clothes off and joined her friends in the pool while wearing her underwear.
Speaking to the camera later, Tina explained: "My fears about the surgery have been one, dying on the table and the complications that can happen afterwards.
"But I can't let that dictate my life anymore. I need to push past it because I feel like the benefits of the surgery are going to far outweigh the risks.
"I've spent so much time of my life hindered by my weight and I just look forward to life as a skinny person."
Fans were blown away with Tina's confidence, with one person commenting: "Way to go Tina! You take care of YOU first! You can't pour from an empty cup."
"Im rooting for you as I’m sure many others are you’ll get there," another said. A third person wrote: "You go girl! Get it done and start putting yourself 1st go for it! We are cheering for you!"
"You go girl and always remember from this day on to put yourself first. Everyone around you should agree that's where you should be," another added.
