Vannessa Cross was left visibly disappointed when she was denied surgery to get rid of her excess skin after she shed a huge amount of weight.
The 1000-lb Best Friends star, 44, had hoped to have plastic surgery to remove the excess skin because she had become self-conscious about her "hanging".
However, after paying a visit to Dr Procter, the reality star realised she will have to wait a little while longer.
In a teaser trailer for the latest episode, shared on TLC's Instagram, Vannessa excitedly told cameras: "I'm hoping that Dr Procter can talk to me about having plastic surgery."
But her doctor stopped her in her tracks, saying: "Right now's not the time to have the surgery. You're probably not quite ready yet."
Vannessa looked visibly upset at the news and was left speechless. Fans were also unhappy with the decision and took to the comments to share their opinions.
One person wrote: "It has to be so uncomfortable & she’s more than ready."
"Crazy I would have she’s done amazing work!!!" another added, while a third fan commented: "We don’t want to hear it. But good luck to you!"
However, others defended the doctor's decision, with one fan commenting: "Vanessa I’m sure you are disappointed but Dr Procter has been for you. Obviously he has his reasons. Great job Vanessa."
In another clip, Vannessa detailed the parts she wants removed with surgery.
"These are the things I want removed, like big old rooster," she said before shaking her neck.
She added: "Then you've got your bat wings. You hear that? Yeah, that's what happens," as she waved her arms in the air.
"Then we've got Betsy May, Betsy May Cross. She's my friend, she goes with me everywhere now," Vannessa said as she pulled out excess skin which has been tucked into her shorts.
"She just hangs. This is what causes all of the physical issues under here. As you say, the dark, that's from yeast. Moisture gets in there," the star explained.
"If I wanna wear shorts and be sexy, this is what you get," Vannessa said before showing her excess skin spilling out the bottom of her trousers.
She added: "You're at your date, next to your friend and the next thing you know Betsy decides she wants to come out there and play.
"It's embarrassing."
Fans tried to cheer Vannessa up, with one person commenting: "Aww, I can’t wait for you to have your surgery. Keep up the great job."
Another penned: "Wow she’s done well," while a third fan added: "She deserves best in her life. Losing so much of pounds is not a piece of cake."
"Awesome job Vanessa," one commenter encouraged. Another said: "Great job you are going to look amazing after your surgery."
