Tina Arnold says she has "planted the seed" to have a newfound sense of freedom.
The star of hit reality TV series 1000-lb Best Friends took to Instagram with a selection of inspiration quotes as she continues her "self love" journey".
Posting on her Stories, the 42-year-old shared a quote from Don Miguel Ruiz which read: "There is a huge amount of freedom that comes to you when you take nothing personally."
The accompanying image saw someone relaxing in front of the sea while a rainbow is visible.
Tina captioned her upload: "Oh how I long for this kind of peace. The seed has been planted, just waiting for it to get full grown."
The words came shortly after she shared another number of positivity posts, including one which read: "I used to tolerate a lot because I didn't want to lose people... but idgaf now. Boundaries.
"I think twice about who really deserves my time & energy these days."
Another from a self care account saw her quote: "Be so completely yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too."
The quote was taken from an account titled After Breakup. It's not clear whether the post was anything to do with her relationship with Johnnie Arnold, who she had been married to for 20 years.
The pair share four kids together and appeared happy in a social media post uploaded in March.
Last month she took to Instagram to share an old mirror selfie and was promptly praised by fans as she continues her weight loss journey.
The snap saw her smile into the mirror as she took the photo with a pink and white phone while posing with her other hand on her hip.
Her followers complimented her as she looked happy wearing a grey and black top with a black cardigan.
One user wrote: "Girl I know you still kept up the work and got your surgery, or are planning for it! You got this!!!!"
Another added: "You looking so amazing girl keep on pushing because you got this in the bag baby."
Tina has been sharing her journey to a healthier lifestyle on social media following the airing of season two of 1000-lb Best Friends and says she will continue to do so for the sake of her children.
