Stores within one of the country’s biggest out-of-town shopping parks are looking for more than 100 new starters to join their teams.
Chains including Boots, Primark and Nike are looking for staff to join them at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, just south of Leicester.
Last year Fosse Park opened a £168 million extension on a former Everards Brewery site, which is now home to brands such as Next Sports Direct, Flannels, TK Maxx, Clarks and H&M.
It is planning a recruitment event from 10.30am to 1.30pm this Wednesday (April 27) with opportunities in both retail and hospitality.
It is taking place in Fosse Park North, close to the Regatta outdoor clothes store. There will be employers in attendance and people looking for work should bring an up-to-date copy of their CV and ID.
There are jobs available across the park, including 25 retail jobs at Primark, 16 retail jobs at Next, and six retail and beauty advisor jobs at Boots.
A soon-to-open Nike store also has 40 retail vacancies to fill. Marks and Spencer has two hospitality jobs available, Grounded Kitchen has five hospitality roles available, Fattoush has four vacancies and Isha Patisserie has five vacancies.
A recently-opened Volpo Lounge café/bar has 14 vacancies to fill, including front-of-house staff, kitchen staff and chefs.
Centre director Adrian Young said: “We’re really pleased to be hosting our recruitment event at Fosse Park, following the success of the last event back in October.
“Once again there is a range of jobs and careers available at Fosse Park, and it’s a great opportunity for employers and potential employees to meet in person before applying for any of the live vacancies available.
