Liverpool celebrated their first FA Cup win in 16 years on Saturday when they beat Chelsea on penalties at Wembley Stadium.
After a goalless draw in London after 120 minutes, the tie was to be decided on penalties for the second time this season between the two sides. Like in February, it was Jurgen Klopp's side who emerged victorious after Mason Mount's spot-kick was saved by goalkeeper Alisson.
Kostas Tsimikas stepped up and sent Chelsea goalkeeper Eduard Mendy the wrong way, ensuring the Reds won their second domestic trophy of the season after their Carabao Cup win and kept them on course for an unprecedented quadruple. It was a close match, with Jurgen Klopp's side hitting the woodwork multiple times throughout the course of the 90 minutes.
