The BKFC 41 weigh-ins took place Friday, and the respectful build continued for a pair of UFC veterans.
Former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez is hours away from making his bareknuckle debut against former UFC featherweight title challenger Chad Mendes.
Alvarez officially weighed in at 165 pounds, while Mendes came in a pound heavier at 166 pounds for their co-main event bout.
During their faceoff, both fighters shook hands and had big smiles on their faces, completing one more respectful pre-fight obligation before they throw down in gloveless competition Saturday evening.
BKFC 41 takes place Saturday at 1STBANK Center in Denver. The main card streams on FITE TV with a $49.99 price point.
