Kirsten Dunst has opened up about motherhood and marriage, claiming she believes it's "much easier to go back to work than it is to be a stay-at-home mom."
The actress is engaged to Friday Night Lights star Jesse Plemons, who she met while filming season two of Fargo. They began dating in 2016 and got engaged in 2017, with Dunst wearing her engagement ring at the Golden Globes. The Bring It On actress gave birth to their son, Ennis Howard, in May 2018.
Dunst, 37, was speaking to Us Weekly to promote her starring role in Showtime’s comedy television series On Becoming a God in Central Florida.
Of motherhood she also told reporters, “I’m just tired all the time."
Despite her extremely busy schedule, Dunst says she's still wedding planning - and she even has a Pinterest board.
On Live With Kelly and Ryan in 2017, Dunst said, “I never thought I would be that person who had a Pinterest board. And because we created it together from the beginning, it’s a really nice thing to do together. It’s going to be so personal and fun. We are having a good time.”
She still calls the wedding ‘a priority and says, “You know how life is. You’ve got other little things. So it has to be a good time when we can all have fun."
Hopefully, before the wedding she gets a bachelorette party in. She could always take inspiration from her own iconic movie.
