Will Ferrell To Star In Scripted Comedy Series 'GOLF'

Will Ferrell made a grand appearance at The European Premiere Of 'Barbie' in London, England on July 12, 2023. The upcoming show, titled 'GOLF,' has received a 10-episode order from Netflix. Alongside Ferrell, the series will feature Ramy Youssef and Josh Rabinowitz. In 'GOLF,' Ferrell will portray a fictional golf legend, with Youssef also having an on-screen role in the series.

Youssef and Rabinowitz will serve as showrunners and executive producers for 'GOLF.' The production will be backed by Gloria Sanchez Productions and T-Street, with notable names like Rian Johnson and Ram Bergman on board as executive producers.

Will Ferrell's career highlights include his tenure on NBC's 'Saturday Night Live' from 1995 to 2005. Aside from his acting roles, Ferrell has garnered acclaim as a producer, winning multiple Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on HBO's 'Succession' and various specials. He has even received a Tony Award nomination for his Broadway production, 'You're Welcome America.'
