Brooks Koepka is a known troll on social media, but in this case, it just seems like a coincidence.
The golfer posted on Instagram on Tuesday about his wife Jena with this caption: “So proud of you @jenamsims amazing to see what hard work can do! I love you!”
The photo? It’s from her appearance in the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. So it’s clearly a tribute to her modeling in there, right?
Except it happened to come during the day when news broke about Rory McIlroy filing for divorce from his longtime wife, Erica, right before the 2024 PGA Championship. Now, given all the strife between McIlroy and LIV golfers, it could be trolling.
But given what Koepka was congratulating her on, I don’t think so.
