Sziget Festival 2023: dates, line-up and how to get tickets

Billie Eilish, Lorde, Loyle Carner and Florence + The Machine are among a huge line-up of acts confirmed to play at this year’s Sziget Festival.

More than 30 artists have been confirmed, including Mumford & Sons, Sam Fender, Imagine Dragons, Macklemore, Niall Horan, Caroline Polacheck and David Guetta.

Dubbed by the promoters as “Europe’s biggest and most diverse festival”, the event will take place this summer on the Island of Freedom in Budapest, Hungary.

Across more than 50 stages, the event also hosts an array of art installations, cabaret, comedy, social justice and panels featuring cultures from around the world.

“In addition to the previously announced headliners on the main stage — Billie Eilish, David Guetta, Florence + the Machine and Imagine Dragons — Mumford & Sons, Lorde and Macklemore have recently joined the line-up, and more than 30 other international performers are announced on different stages,” said Tamás Kádár, the festival’s chief organiser.

When will Sziget Festival take place?

This year’s Sziget Festival will run for six days from August 10 to 15.

It will take place on Óbuda Island in the heart of Budapest. The exact address is: Május 9. park, Budapest, Hungary, 1033.

Who is performing?

Lorde, Billie Eilish, Loule Carner, Florence + The Machine, Sam Fender, Caroline Polacheck, Imagine Dragons and Niall Horan are among the 30 confirmed artists for the festival.

Tickets are available here.

Options include six-day passes, three-day passes and single-day passes.

Ticket prices are as follows:

  • 6-day full festival pass from €349 (£306)
  • 3-day festival pass from €240 (£210)
  • Day ticket from €75 (£66)
