Pete Price said he has been "hurt to the core" after he was "verbally attacked" at the Grand National. The talk show host was involved in a disagreement at a bar with a fellow attendee, with a video showing Pete being called a "c**t" and a lizard to which he responds with his own outburst.

Many have come out in his defence, saying it was "disgusting" to provoke him in such a way and to keep hounding him.
