Love Island's Luca Bish joins Kelsey Parker at celeb football match in memory of Tom

Kelsey Parker paid tribute to her late husband, Tom, at a football match in his honour on Father's Day.

The late singer died aged 33 in March last year following a brave battle with an inoperable brain tumour, just two years after he was first diagnosed.

His widow and mother of his two children, Kelsey, helped organise a football match alongside James Ryan, CEO of Quantus Gallery, which saw a string of famous faces including Luca Bish and Katie Chapman come together to remember the Walks Like Rhianna hitmaker.

Kesley took to Instagram ahead of the match saying: "Celebrating you today. Always loved, forever missed," alongside a video of Tom, herself and their two children dancing to his hit single Glad You Came.

In a bid to raise vital funds, the actress assisted in the organisation of the event which saw all proceeds being donated to the brain tumour charity, Ahead of The Game, which helps ensure people are able to access lifesaving treatment.

They also support the families affected by a cancer diagnosis to provide rehabilitation, mental and emotional support as well as financial help.

Taking to the pitch to score the first goal, Kelsey looked sensational as she stepped out in a white t-shirt with a black and white image of Tom printed on it as well as a leopard print skirt and white trainers.

Joining forces to help raise funds for the event which sold over 2,000 tickets were the likes of Love Island's Luca Bish and Finley Tapp, Neill Jones, Ryan Thomas, George Baggs and singer and model, Josh Cuthbert

They were also joined by Lioness legend Kate Chapman who had the likes of Harry Judd, Nathan Massey Jake Quickenden on her team and battled it out before taking home the trophy after winning during penalties

Shortly after winning the match, Kelsey posed alongside Chapman for a snap.

Days before the celebratory event, Kelsey explained to Sky News that it had been "really tough" for herself and two children, Aurelia and Bodhi.

She told the outlet: "It's been really, really tough for us, but then we are gonna have happy moments like this to celebrate Tom.

"I always say, 'take each day as it comes', because grief is a rollercoaster, and you know, you are never going to just wake up one day and go, 'Oh, I'm okay'. That's just not life."

Kelsey will also be releasing a book on how to cope with grief one year after The Wanted star's tragic death.
