Grammys pay tribute to victims of music festival massacre

The highly anticipated Lollapalooza 2024 lineup has been revealed, featuring a star-studded list of headliners and rising artists. The festival, set to take place from August 1-4 at Chicago's Grant Park, will showcase over 170 bands across eight stages during the four-day event.

Headlining the festival are renowned artists such as SZA, Tyler, the Creator, Blink-182, the Killers, Future, Metro Boomin, Hozier, Stray Kids, Melanie Martinez, and Skrillex. In addition to these top-billed acts, attendees can look forward to performances from Deftones, Tate McRae, Conan Gray, Reneé Rapp, Victoria Monét, and many more.

For fans eager to secure their tickets, a presale event is scheduled for Thursday, March 21, offering the lowest prices on 4-Day General Admission, GA+, VIP, and Platinum Tickets. Ticket prices will increase once the public on-sale begins at 12pm CT. Single-day tickets and the lineup-by-day schedule will be released at a later date.

Notably, children aged eight and under can attend for free with a ticketed adult, enjoying the Kidzapalooza area presented by Lifeway Kefir. This interactive music playground offers family-friendly performances, activities, workshops, and more.

Furthermore, Lollapalooza is dedicated to supporting the local community through various initiatives. The festival has established the Lollapalooza Arts Education Fund with a $2.2 million donation to benefit arts and education in Chicago Public Schools. Additionally, Lollapalooza partners with local nonprofits and hosts job fairs to promote careers in the festival industry.

Emphasizing environmental conservation, Lollapalooza has partnered with Re:wild, a nonprofit focused on protecting wildlife and wild lands globally. The festival will offer more plant-based food options and host Re:wild activations onsite to engage with attendees.

Attendees can also look forward to the premiere of 'Lolla: The Story of Lollapalooza,' a docu-series exploring the festival's evolution and impact on music culture. The series, featuring insights from Perry Farrell, founder of Lollapalooza and Jane's Addiction frontman, will debut on Paramount+ later this year.

Lollapalooza is proudly supported by sponsors such as T-Mobile, Bud Light, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Bacardi, PayPal, Venmo, Toyota, BMI, and Lifeway Kefir.
