Keyrol Figueroa, a talented 17-year-old forward, has officially signed a professional contract with Liverpool, as announced by the Premier League club on Tuesday. Figueroa, a United States youth international, has been making waves since joining Liverpool at the age of 14, showcasing his goal-scoring prowess across various age levels.

Liverpool lauded Figueroa as a 'prolific goalscorer' in their official statement. The young talent has not only excelled as a forward but has also demonstrated versatility by playing as a wide attacker.

Figuring prominently in the United States' Under-17 team, Figueroa played a crucial role in their journey to the final of the CONCACAF Under-17 Championship in 2023, where he netted seven goals. He also represented the U.S. in the Under-17 World Cup last year, although the team was eliminated in the round of 16 by Germany.

Notably, Figueroa comes from a footballing pedigree, being the son of former Wigan and Honduras defender Maynor Figueroa, adding to the excitement and anticipation surrounding his burgeoning career.
