Joe Swash refuses to rule out having more kids with wife Stacey Solomon

Joe Swash hasn't ruled out expanding his family even further with wife Stacey Solomon.

The former EastEnders actor already has three children with the 34-year-old X Factor star; 15-month-old Belle, Rose, two, and Rex, four.

Additionally, the TV star is father to son Harry, 16, from a previous relationship and is stepfather to Stacey's sons from former relationships, Leighton, 12, and Zachary, 16.

Speaking to the Mirror, the 42-year-old shared: “I never thought I’d be sitting here with six kids. So you never know what life’s going to throw at you. But if it does throw another baby at me there could be worse things.

“The big challenge is that they’re all different stages. We need to keep an eye on everyone’s needs to make sure they’re all being met. It’s really hard. When you’re tired you feel like a zombie. But they’re your kids and it’s the most fulfilling job in the world.

“We both sing off the same hymn sheet but Stacey has more willpower. So sometimes I will give in if they’re driving me mad.”His comments come after Stacey said in January that she wouldn't be opposed to the idea of expanding their family further.

During an Instagram Q&A, she was asked: “Are you finished with having babies or would you like more.”

Posting a video of their two youngest kids, Rose and Belle, Stacey admitted she would never rule out the idea of more kids, responding: “I can honestly say. My favourite thing in the whole wide world is being a mum.

“I just get so much joy from watching our little ones grow & getting to be a part of their world.

“I would love more. Whatever will be will be. But omg I love them (Joe will be off to get a vasectomy when he sees this).”

However, in February, Joe has other ideas as he could be heard saying: “We can’t have any more kids. I can’t tell people I’ve got seven kids!” while Stacey made their daughter Belle’s birthday cake.

As she shared the clip to Instagram, Stacey wrote: “Belle’s 1st Birthday Cake. Made by mummy, with so much love beautiful Belle. Honestly I’ve never felt so emotional making a cake.

“I’ve made every single one of my baby’s first birthday cakes. And if Joes reaction at the end is anything to go by this is probably the last one, why does it all go so so quickly?”

Following her third-place finish on The X Factor in 2009, Stacey achieved victory on I'm A Celebrity in 2010, where she met Joe.
