The venue, which has a premises license class 3 cooking consent, requires a six-month rent deposit for any interested buyers. The asking price to purchase the business is available on request.

Its description continues: "The subjects occupies one of the best trading locations in the Finnieston area of Glasgow. Radnor Street is one of the only streets in the city which connects Sauchiehall Street and Argyll Street by a short distance. The Finnieston area of Glasgow’s city centre is undoubtedly the most in demand trading location in the city.

The venue was recently renovated in 2017. (BusinessesForSale)

"Finnieston is approximately a mile from Glasgow city centre located centrally for the Hydro and the SECC as well as Kelvingrove Museum, Kelvingrove Park and Glasgow University. Over the last 5 years in particular, the Finnieston area has grown with the arrival of many high-profile bar and restaurant businesses and the availability of this site offers the opportunity to be right at the heart of Finnieston close to the Butcher’s Shop Bar & Grill, Port & Rye, The Kelvingrove Café as well as Six by Nico to name but a few.

"The development in and around Finnieston is still continuing with a mixture of hotel, student accommodation as well as office developments after the success of Sky Park in particular."
