The Colorado Avalanche secured a 6-3 victory over the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night, clinching their opening-round playoff series in five games. Mikko Rantanen emerged as a key player, scoring his first two goals of the playoffs in the third period to lead the Avalanche to victory.
