Captain Sandy fires another Below Deck crew member despite fury over 'disrespectful' sacking

Captain Sandy fired yet another crew member on Below Deck season 10 – despite facing fury from Captain Lee over the 'disrespectful' sacking of Camille Lamb.

The boat boss waved goodbye to steward Alissa Humber during last night's explosive episode of the hit-Bravo reality TV programme in a bizarre full circle moment.

Alissa was part of the reason Sandy sacked off hard-to-handle Camille four weeks ago after the pair were involved in aggressive arguments – amongst other wrongdoings.

It was during Monday's episode that Captain Sandy caught the stew sunbathing instead of helping crew mate Tyler. "Yes, Sandy, I mean captain," she said while being reprimanded.

It was the final straw for the captain who said it was a "f**k you in my face".

Finally taking Alissa to the bridge, Sandy said: "Your insubordination and lack of respect is insurmountable. No matter what job you work in, respect for hierarchy is a must.

"I'm letting you go." While packing, Alissa insisted she did nothing wrong, claiming: "This is like quite a dictatorship that's going on here."

"You have to respect the hierarchy and the position," Sandy told her crew after Alissa's departure. "Every one of you have always done that.

"I don't like malicious gossip, it starts to infect the vessel. And I guarantee you will have lighter steps, you won't have that chatter. And I know together you will kill this charter."

One person particularly pleased with Alissa's exit was outgoing Camille who was on a call with boat beau Ben Willoughby when she said: "I've been vindicated."

She added: "I was always seeing her for a lack of a better term be awful and she's shown her face. I'm satisfied that people got to see what I saw. Hashtag justice for Camille."

It was 'Stud of the Sea' Captain Lee that hit out at Captain Sandy, who stepped in to replace him this season, for her 'lack of respect' while sacking Camille.

While he didn't disagree with Sandy's decision to let Camille go, in fact he said he would " fire her too", he just had a problem with the captain's "procedure".

Live-Tweeting during the recent episode, Lee even revealed that he wasn't consulted about the management decision, he "found out after".

Replying to someone asking if he agreed with the sacking, Lee said: "I would have fired her."

He explained: "But prior to that I would have notified the Captain who I was replacing what I was doing and why, not after the fact."
