A Browns Fan Looked So Upset After His Team’s TD, and NFL Fans Had Plenty of Jokes as to Why

Cleveland Browns fans should have had little to be upset about Sunday as their team rolled past an inept Cardinals squad, 27–0.

But clearly that wasn’t enough for at least one member of the Browns faithful, whose hilarious reaction to the first Cleveland touchdown of the day had the internet in hysterics.

The second-quarter score by Amari Cooper wasn’t the prettiest play in the world: Deshaun Watson’s pass was tipped high into the air at the line of scrimmage, but somehow managed to float over the secondary and into Cooper’s waiting arms for an easy touchdown.

But while the rest of the fans in attendance celebrated the team’s good fortune, one fan caught by the CBS broadcast was evidently not satisfied. Amidst the high-fives and cheers from other fans, the one that CBS zoomed in on was rolling his eyes and shaking his head, seemingly frustrated by the poor execution.

It was the perfect encapsulation of a Browns fan… unable to be too happy as he waits for the other shoe to drop on the historically moribund franchise. That, or he was playing against his favorite team’s star wide receiver in fantasy football. Regardless, fans loved it.

Hopefully his mood picked up as the game went on. Cleveland outgained Arizona 326–58 in the rout.
