Watch jubilant Celtic Scottish Premiership title celebrations from Rugby Park

Celtic secured their 12th Scottish Premiership title in 13 seasons on Wednesday - and you could see just how much the triumph meant to both the players and the fans upon the full-time whistle.

It was a dominant performance to wrap up the league crown on the penultimate round of fixtures, thoroughly outclassing Kilmarnock in what could be considered their most impressive showing of the campaign.

The Celtic squad were greeted with a pyro display from the 4,000-strong away support packed into the Chadwick Stand at Rugby Park once the 5-0 victory was secured and it even meant Sky Sports' live coverage was disrupted due to the exuberant celebrations.

And when the jubilant Hoops stars went back into the dressing room, they continued to model T-shirts that read: "Champions AGAIN 2023/24" and posed for numerous photographs, all whilst swirling around countless bottles of champagne.

From James Forrest, who lifted his 23rd major honour at Celtic, to Nicolas Kuhn winning his first Scottish winners medal, every player looked over the moon to get this latest piece of silverware over the line - particularly after Rangers looked resurgent in their own quest until a costly mid-April slip-up.

They even starting belting out a few terrace favourites, including a rendition of "Glasgow Celtic, Champions".

The National: Joe Hart, was at the heart of the chanting and you could see just how much he enjoyed his third consecutive league title in Scotland, with the veteran goalkeeper set to hang up his boots following the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park on May 25.

Celtic then began the journey back to Parkhead where thousands of eager supporters greeted them with a party atmosphere before Rodgers, Callum McGregor, Forest and Hart all made public addresses of appreciation.
