Two Suspects Arrested After Car Ramming Attack In Jerusalem

Israeli police have apprehended two suspects following a car ramming incident in Jerusalem that left three individuals with minor injuries. The incident occurred on Mordechai Tekhelet Street at 8 a.m. local time on Monday.

Authorities have labeled the event as a 'ramming terror attack' and swiftly launched a search operation in the area. The perpetrators, described by police as terrorists, exited the vehicle after the collision, brandishing weapons which they later abandoned as they fled on foot. Despite the presence of firearms, the suspects did not engage in gunfire before escaping the scene.

Upon apprehension, the two suspects were transported for questioning under the supervision of the Jerusalem District Commander at the district's Central Unit. The interrogation process is being carried out in collaboration with the Israel Security Agency (ISA).

The Shaare Zedek Medical Center confirmed that they had admitted a 21-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy for minor injuries sustained during the attack.
