Two Arrested Outside PSU Library, Police Clearing Building

Portland police officers have arrested two individuals outside of Portland State University's library, as reported in an alert from the police department on social media. The department also confirmed that officers are currently inside the library conducting a slow and methodical clear of the building.

According to the police department's social media post, officers are encountering barricades within the library premises, which they are systematically clearing as they progress through the building. The situation appears to be under control as law enforcement continues their thorough search of the area.
