The NFL schedule was released on Wednesday night, giving football fans an idea of who and when their favorite team would be playing throughout the upcoming season.
It also revealed a very curious and coincidental wrinkle that might make it very, very easy for a certain mega pop star to see her boyfriend play in what is likely to be one of the biggest games of the year.
Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is hitting Canada late this year, stopping in Toronto for six nights across two weeks to end November. It just so happens that she is playing the Rogers Centre in Toronto on back-to-back Thursday-through-Saturday nights, meaning her Sundays are open.

The Sunday in the middle of her two show sessions in The 416? Well that would be the same day — November 17 — that Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs play at Highmark Stadium against the Buffalo Bills.
In case you were wondering, there’s a measly 112 miles — or 180 kilometers for our Canadian friends — between the two locations, which is approximately an hour and 49 minutes driving. Pretty perfect set up, to be honest.
Could this be some vast conspiracy between the NFL and the Canadian government to ensure Swift continues to bolster ratings for the back-to-back Super Bowl champions? Absolutely not, but it is fun to find these oddities with the schedule.
