Meghan Markle Shares Sweet Sentiments About Daughter During Nigeria Trip

Harry and Meghan attend event marking the World Mental Health Day in New York

Meghan Markle recently shared endearing insights about her daughter, Princess Lilibet, during a trip to Nigeria with Prince Harry. The Duchess of Sussex revealed that the 2-year-old enjoys dance class the most due to all the jumping around involved. Markle also recounted a touching moment when Lilibet remarked, 'Mama, I see me in you,' showcasing their special bond.

During their visit to Lightway Academy, Markle and Harry interacted with kindergarten students and discussed mental health awareness. Markle mentioned their son, Prince Archie, who recently celebrated his fifth birthday and displayed an interest in construction.

The couple, who welcomed Archie in 2019 and Lilibet in 2021, currently resides in Montecito, California. Despite their busy schedules, Markle and Harry left their children at home during their African trip.

Harry's recent solo visit to London was met with apparent tension, as his father, King Charles III, reportedly did not make time to see him. Furthermore, Charles scheduled a conflicting event that overlapped with Harry's commitments, highlighting the strained relationship between the family members.

Since stepping back from their royal duties in 2020 and officially resigning in 2021, Harry and Markle have been vocal about their challenges within the royal family. Their candid discussions in interviews and documentaries have shed light on their struggles and disagreements with the monarchy.

Amidst family tensions, Charles is battling cancer, while Kate Middleton, Prince William's wife, is also facing health challenges. The dynamics within the royal family continue to evolve as each member navigates personal and public responsibilities.
